Working closely with Buffalo Wild Wings stakeholders, BIG helped develop a custom wooden tap handle recognition set inspired by the restaurant experience. Each of the five tap handles represented a different company value, bringing the company’s core values to life through a tangible recognition award.
BIG managed the entire process, including concept development, supplier sourcing, prototyping, production, inventory management, and fulfillment. BIG manages inventory and fulfillment to help stabilize pricing, reduce lead times, and ensure awards are available when recognition opportunities arise.
