The Solution

Custom displays featuring QR codes connected customers directly to product information and ordering opportunities. To support a successful rollout, BIG managed the kitting and fulfillment of tailored display packages built specifically for each store footprint. We also created an internal photo contest that encouraged retail teams to actively participate, driving enthusiasm and execution at the store level.
