Cooper’s Hawk wanted to improve retention among restaurant employees approaching their one-year anniversary. The company was looking for a meaningful way to recognize team members, strengthen their connection to the brand, and celebrate an important milestone.

The Solution

BIG developed a custom anniversary apparel program centered around an exclusive one-year milestone jacket. To honor the CEO’s commitment to maintaining a personal connection with employees, a personalized message was incorporated into the inside of every jacket, transforming a simple apparel item into a meaningful expression of appreciation.

To simplify program administration, BIG built a dedicated online ordering portal that allows restaurant managers to order the appropriate sizes for eligible employees. BIG manages inventory across multiple jacket styles and fulfills orders monthly to ensure awards arrive ahead of each employee’s anniversary, allowing managers to personally present the recognition item.
