To strengthen employee engagement and recognition, Life Time partnered with BIG to develop and manage Life Time Rewards, a centralized platform designed to celebrate achievements, recognize milestones, and foster peer-to-peer appreciation.

The Challenge

Life Time needed a scalable solution that could engage a large, distributed workforce while consolidating multiple recognition programs into one easy-to-use platform. The goal was to create meaningful recognition experiences that team members could access anytime, anywhere.

The Solution

BIG developed and manages Life Time Rewards, a mobile-friendly platform integrated with Life Time’s HR systems. The solution automates service award milestones and birthday recognition while enabling peer-to-peer appreciation through a social recognition feed. Team members can also redeem awards for Life Time Shop gift cards, creating a rewards experience closely aligned with the Life Time brand.
