Polaris is the largest powersports company in the United States. BIG has partnered with them for over a decade to provide strategic merchandise and engagement solutions.

The Challenge

The client needed to revamp and streamline their internal Years of Service program.
  • Inconsistent Awards: The previous supplier delivered custom acrylic milestone numerals that lacked design consistency across different anniversary years.
  • Off-Brand Packaging: The awards arrived in generic brown boxes that did not align with the premium brand standards.
  • Vendor Intrusiveness: The prior vendor etched their own logo onto the back of the employee awards.

The Solution

BIG completely overhauled the production and fulfillment process. By transitioning the production of the acrylic awards to our offshore manufacturing partners, we secured necessary cost savings while establishing strict quality control over the final product. Our team also elevated the presentation by creating custom two-piece gift boxes in the specific shade of blue used by Polaris. BIG manages the monthly kitting process and ships the awards directly to department managers a month in advance so they can hand-deliver the gift on the actual anniversary.
