Valspar wanted to create a more meaningful onboarding experience for newly hired field representatives. Because employees spend much of their time traveling and supporting retail locations, the client needed a welcome kit that delivered genuine value rather than a collection of traditional promotional products.

To support long-term scalability, BIG integrated the program into a dedicated online ordering platform, allowing managers to easily request kits for new hires. BIG manages inventory, kitting, and fulfillment, ensuring a consistent onboarding experience across the organization.
