Indian Motorcycle New Owner’s Kit

Polaris Inc. approached BIG to help create a personalized consumer kit to welcome new bike owners to the Indian Motorcycle Company (IMC). This not only allowed IMC the ability to say thank you, but also provided another customer touch point. BIG developed a five-piece highly personalized Owner’s Kit, complete with a desk clock, “Proud Owner” patch / pin, membership card, certificate of ownership, various printed materials and custom packaging. Most of the items in this kit were personalized with the owner’s name and VIN number giving the kit extra special value and meaning to the recipient.
Since this first kit launched BIG has completed over 20 unique kits for this initiative creating raving IMC fans around the country. Here are the reactions when those kits hit the customer’s hands.
